document in order to demonstrate its commitment to protecting the privacy of our
users. We recognize and support the need to protect the privacy rights of our
visitors through disclosure of our practices for collection and use of visitor

COOKIES
Our site uses cookies to help deliver
content specific to your interests and provide quick login access to members. In
addition, CramSession uses cookies to help track activity at the CramSession web
site, so that CramSession can make its site more interesting and useful to
visitors. Cookies provide a way to track page and advertising views, and
determine the most popular areas of the site. Our primary use of cookies is to
facilitate the login process for our members and to track the login history. We
may use cookies to correlate usage of our web site with our users' personal

WEB BEACONS
Some of our Web pages and
HTML-formatted email may contain electronic images known as "single-pixel gifs"
or "web beacons." When we use web beacons on our web pages, we do so to count
the number of users who visited the page. We use web beacons in HTML email to
count the number of times a particular message has been opened. We do not use
web beacons to access cookies, nor do we use web beacons to correlate
information with our members' profiles.
CONTACT INFORMATION
Our site's Membership Form requires users to give us
contact information (name, country, postal code and email address) as well as
demographic information. We use this information to send email and messages to
our users about our company, and promotional material from our partners and/or
advertisers.
Through our web site, you may also subscribe to promotional
emails from Post Master Direct (PMD). If you volunteer to subscribe to PMD
promotions through our web site, please be aware that the information you
provide during the process is shared between CramSession and PMD.
If at any time you would like to unsubscribe to
promotional mails from PMD you may do so in the 'My Account' section of the site
or through a link on the bottom of any promotional emails sent to you by PMD..
Unsubscribing from PMD will only remove you from the PMD list. Should you wish
to stop receiving valuable promotional opportunities from CramSession, you must
cancel your CramSession membership.
Another way in which we request contact information is through
contests and promotions. We ask visitors for contact information (such as their
email address, and or physical address) for the purposes of notification and
fulfillment of prizes.
CramSession offers users the option to inform a friend about our
site. We ask for the friend's name and email address to automatically send a
one-time email inviting the friend to visit the site. We also allow users to
forward a page to a friend by entering their email address. We do not keep or
use these email addresses for any other purpose.
NEWSLETTERS
CramSession requires contact
information when subscribing to our newsletters. CramSession prefers using the
opt-in method of subscribing to our newsletters. If a user wishes to subscribe
to our newsletters, we ask for information such as name and email address. You
can unsubscribe from our newsletters at any time from the 'My Account' section
of the web site.
Through our web site, you may also subscribe to promotional
newsletters from Post Master Direct (PMD). If you volunteer to subscribe to a
PMD newsletter through our web site, please be aware that the information you
provide during the subscription process is shared between CramSession and
PMD.
USER INFORMATION
Demographic and profile data is
collected at our site. CramSession also collects and logs information your
computer provides our web servers when you connect to our site. This information
may include your IP address, domain names, access times, referring web sites,
and browser type. This information is a normal and necessary part of the
communication that occurs between your computer and our web site over TCP/IP. We
use these logs to provide statistics about our web site usage and to assist us
in the maintenance, design, and operation of our web site. We also use these
logs to gather broad demographic information. To ensure adherence to our
policies, we log the IP addresses of members who post messages in our discussion
boards and who post reviews of certification exams or CramSession study guides;
these IP addresses are visible to site administrators only. With the exception
just noted, we do not tie in log files with personally identifiable
information.
Our online surveys may ask visitors for specific demographic
information (such as ZIP code, age, and income level). We use this data to
tailor our visitor experience, develop our content offerings, and display
preferred content. This information is shared with advertisers on an aggregate
basis only.
If you contact CramSession via online form or email, we use your
email address to reply directly to you. You are not subject to secondary or
promotional communication from us or third parties as a result of your email to
us, unless you specifically request such communication.
Although the content of our site is intended for a general
audience, in accordance with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act
(COPPA), we do not allow the collection of information from users under the age
of 13.
CONTENT
We reserve the right to remove any
visitor-generated content from CramSession.com, and will protect the copyrights
of CramSession, our contributors, and our partners.
This site contains links to other sites. We encourage all of our
partners, contributors and third parties to implement policies and practices
that respect the privacy of our users. However, CramSession is not responsible
for other web site privacy practices or content.
PUBLIC BOARDS
CramSession makes chat rooms,
boards, message boards, and/or newsgroups available to its members. We also have
areas on our web site where our members can post reviews of exams and study
guides. Please remember that any information that is disclosed in these areas
becomes public information, and you should exercise caution when deciding to
disclose your personal information.
SECURITY
This site has security measures in place to
protect the loss, misuse and alteration of the information under our control. We
back up all data and restrict access to our live servers. We use the most
restrictive model and only allow users access to necessary information. We also
monitor our server log files for irregular patterns.
CHOICE/OPT OUT
Our site provides users the opportunity to
choose or opt-out of receiving communications from CramSession and its partners
at the point where we request information about the visitor. This site gives
users the additional options to cancel their membership accounts, to not receive
future communications, or to no longer receive our service.
CramSession reserves the right to send our members email notices
and announcements that may be of interest. To not receive any communication from
CramSession, members should request that their login account be
cancelled.
CORRECT/ UPDATE
This site gives users the
following option for changing and modifying user information provided during
member registration. Visit the 'My Profile' page to make additions or
changes.
NOTIFICATION OF CHANGES
We review our privacy
practices from time to time, and our practices are subject to change. When we
post changes to this statement, you will see the word "updated" next to the
privacy statement link on the front page of CramSession. If there are material
changes to this statement or in how CramSession will use your personally
identifiable information, we will prominently post such changes prior to
implementing the change. We ask that our visitors periodically review this
privacy statement to encourage familiarity with the practices of our
site.
