This exam has a multiple choice section and a case study section. It is quite long. I passed this exam 1 month after taking 70-431. I was thinking that I failed before the finish, but I squeeked one out. I read both 70-443 and 70-444 MS press books. They are very dry though.

... a lot !
I'm based in Ireland, took the test on Friday. Passed with 900/1000 using many years of SQL experience and almost 2 years of using 2005 in a test/production environment.
My test had 62 questions in all.
The case study questions are lenghty, with loads of misleading and useless information. To be honest on some questions I thought the right answer wasnt even shown.
The straight forward questions are better, tho short and leaving very little background to make the right choice in a few instances.
Mind you that once you exit a case study you cannot review it at a later stage, so take all the time you need on each of them.
Summing it up, I'm glad I passed surely because this exam is quite difficult. If you took 70-431 and stormed through it (I got 1000 on that one), prepare for a surprise bacause this one ain't straightforward.
Good luck all :)
