I passed, but with the worst score of any Oracle exam I have taken. I was upgrading directly from 7.3. Study Materials: There are none, really. You have to cobble together from other upgrade materials and filter off the content that is no longer relevent. The only product I could find that was specific to the exam was the Self-Test-Software (STS) prodcuct. Questions: Fact oriented and tricky. Some of the questions were very similar to the STS questions, which helped. This exam is not conceptually difficult, it is difficult because prepartion is sketchy. I spent at least as much time studying for this as I would have spent studying for the individual upgrade exams, except using this method my score was lower and I didnt learn as much. My Recommendation: Skip the bridge exam, take teh exams individually.

Untitled Document > Persistent Group Chat: An Approach for More Profitable Team Communications : Unlike email, instant messages (IMs) do not allow group communication; nor do they persist -- you can't hold on to them for as long as you wish. Persistent group chat, however, allows businesses to organize persistent dialogue around business-critical topics, and keep them for easy retrieval later.
