SYNOPSIS • NetWare 5 CNE vs

Novell’s exam 050-654 (course 570), “NetWare 5.1 Advanced Administration” is one of the core requirements for the Certified Novell Engineer (CNE) 5 certification. This exam is designed for candidates who have “the knowledge and skills needed to design, configure and administer a complex network.” There is no specific prerequisite for this exam, although candidates should first pass exam 50-653, NetWare 5.1 Administration.

This exam is easy to moderately difficult and is priced at $125, $55.50, or $27.50 depending on the region in which it's taken.  Most North American and European and some Asia Pacific countries fall under the highest price tier.
The exam may be taken from Pearson Vue or Thomson Prometric.

The passing score is 596. This exam is a form test (traditional), consisting of 69 questions, and has a duration of 105 minutes.
